Reservations
To ensure the best possible Curfew experience, we kindly ask all guests to review our Reservation Guidelines before booking.
They contain important information regarding reservations, cancellations, dress code, and house policies.
1. Age Requirement
Every great story has its intended readers — Curfew welcomes only those aged 21 and above.
2. Booking Security
Reservations for three or more guests are like a bookmark; they require providing card details to hold your spot.
Your card will only be charged in the event of a NO-SHOW.
3. Cancellations / Communication in Advance
For any updates regarding your reservation, please contact us atinfo@curfew.dk Originally, our cancellation window was set at 24 hours, but we have now adjusted it to 12 hours to offer better flexibility for our guests. You can manage your reservation directly through the modification link located at the bottom of your confirmation email — this allows you to modify or cancel your booking yourself. If you are unable to cancel through the link, you may email us at info@curfew.dk, but this must be done within the 12-hour cancellation window. Any cancellation received later than 12 hours before your reservation, or failure to cancel at all, will result in a late-cancellation or no-show fee of DKK 100 per guest.
4. Minimum Consumption
Curfew operates with a structured experience. A two-hour reservation includes a minimum of two drinks per guest, including non-alcoholic options. After the first hour, each guest must order one additional drink. This requirement applies to all guests at the table. If it is not met, the table will be released.
5. Reservation Duration & No-Show
Much like chapters in a book, your reservation secures a two-hour window at Curfew. If you do not attend, or leave abruptly without a valid reason, the reservation will be considered a NO-SHOW, and the applicable fee will be charged.
6. Guest Conduct, Right of Refusal & Early Termination
To protect our guests, staff, and the atmosphere of Curfew, we reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a reservation if guests:
– Arrive already intoxicated
– Show a rapid escalation in intoxication after arrival
– Behave aggressively, disruptively, or disrespectfully
– Fail to comply with house rules or staff instructions
– Cause damage to Curfew property
– Deliberately create disorder or excessive mess If a reservation is terminated early due to guest conduct, the booking deposit will be forfeited.
– Any damages caused will be charged separately.
– Management decisions are final.
7. Guest Sobriety
We prioritize the well-being of our guests and ambiance. Guests showing signs of excessive intoxication may be refused entrance or service.
Moderately intoxicated guests may be offered non-alcoholic options.
8. Seating Arrangements
Our seating is arranged to enhance your experience. Fridays & Saturdays:
2 guests → bar counter
3–4 guests → tables
5+ guests → sofa areas
Seating options are more flexible on weekdays than on Fridays and Saturdays. Reservations for two guests on Fridays and Saturdays require both guests to attend. If only one guest arrives, the reservation will be considered cancelled.
9. Punctuality Matters
Guests are expected to arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
Arriving later than 15 minutes will result in the loss of the table and a no-show charge.
10. Dress Code & Appearance
We kindly ask for a Smart Casual dress code.
Sports-style cap hats must be removed before entering the bar. Guests with prominent tattoos on the face or head will not be admitted, as they do not suit the visual and emotional tone of the space.
This is not a reflection of identity, gender, race, or background.
11. Large Group Reservations
For groups over 8, guests must email info@curfew.dk to check availability.
We host these groups only between 17:00 and 20:00, subject to availability.
Only one payment is accepted per group.
12. Weekdays and Sundays at Curfew
We typically have more availability for walk-ins on weekdays and Sundays. Reservations are recommended for groups of five or more.
13. Respect for Curfew’s Belonging‘s
Guests are asked to respect Curfew’s property.Any items taken and not returned will be added to your bill.
Accessibility
Curfew is located in an older building and is not fully accessibility-adapted. The venue includes a raised entrance step, stairs, narrow passages, dim lighting, and limited space between certain seating areas and facilities.
While we always do our best to accommodate guests within the physical limitations of the venue, some guests may require assistance during their visit depending on their individual accessibility needs.
If a guest attends with an assistant, support person, or companion to help navigate the venue or assist during the visit, the accompanying person is considered part of the reservation and must also consume while occupying a seat at the venue.
We encourage guests with specific accessibility requirements to contact us before visiting so we can transparently advise on the layout and accessibility conditions of the venue.
